The weather is just too conducive for sleep plus the medicine that I'm taking (for my low bp) really knocked me off later in the afternoon right after I took it. I've done some research about it, and so far, all the articles I've read have been saying the same thing... "no harmful side effects." So, I guess it's worth a try.
